"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

That's true, we do have photography courses, some private and some provided by Kuwait University, also we do have the school of art in Kuwait Holland is a nice country that I would love to visit one day ..! and I as I see.. you are interested in Kuwait .. your most welcome btw
